The mandate

Enterprise operations do not happen in one browser tab. They happen in warehouses, branch offices, vehicles, finance teams, and environments where connectivity can change without warning.

EGCO required a unified system that could preserve work locally, coordinate complex operational domains, and reconcile state safely when communication returned. Offline capability was treated as an architectural invariant, not a fallback screen.
